I recently came to the conclusion that I love my job and so should not be complaining about it, it will get better soon, or I will get my degree and make it get better. Being around people who are constantly complaining about the small errors at work is getting to me. Yes, no one ordered stock yesterday, oops, big error, what can we do about it now?…Then why do you stand around for almost 2 hours complaining about it?
I know people bond at work by complaining a bit together, but when you know no matter how much you complain that no one is doing anything to correct the errors it is very depressing. Here’s hoping for enlightenment and determination.
