Movement

I have decided the cure for depression is movement and action. 

I have been really down the last few weeks and I am determined to do better. I started by cleaning house and getting some furniture moved. Now I have bought a new kitchen table that I am waiting to come in and am looking at tile to re-do the backsplash in my kitchen. I am reading a ton and working on several of my stories I have going. I am also trying to get out of the house. I have been going out to lunch and out with friends. If the rain holds out I am going to take my bike to the canal and have a good ride this weekend.
