I have amazing happy up days where I sing along to every song on the radio and run errands just so I can do so while driving too fast.
Then there are the down days were I would be content to wallow in my self pity and write bad poetry about how depressed and broken I am.
Yet most of my days are in between.
A day with no particular ups or downs, just work and home.
These are the days I want to improve on. I want to get more done and feel better about myself more often.
