Clock in 05-25-11.

Exercise: 40 jumping jacks this morning.

Total exercise yesterday: 60 jumping jacks, 10 crunches.

Weight: ↓8 pounds. Up 2 pounds since yesterday. (I think I need a new scale, I can vary up to 5 pounds each time I weigh in.)

My first medical bill came in so I get to be broke for the next few months as I build back up my savings. Guess the guitar and lessons will have to wait a bit longer.

For those wondering, I use to track my calories and weight loss or gain. Calorie counting is the only way I have found that lets me at least lose a little weight. I did weight watchers for a while but actually gained weight on it.
