Write it Down.

I am determined to get some changes made in my life and I will be blogging the count of each here. At the beginning of each post will be how much weight I have lost so far, if I exercised this morning or not, along with the normal posts I do about recipes, reading, cooking, life, and such. Wish me luck.
Exercise: 30 jumping jacks (got to start somewhere.)
Weight: ↓10 pounds. Down 3 pounds since last Friday.
