Do you want a job or a Career?

Anyone can have a job. I have never understood how a perfectly healthy and sane person can be on welfare. I can understand the families that need help while getting back on their feet or who are truly unable to work, but never the people who simply refuse to try and get a job. Even if it is lower than the job they previously had.

Anyone can find a job, it maybe bad hours, horrible wages, and backbreaking work, but it is a job. But why have a job when you can have a career? A career is a job you love going to everyday with room for advancement, education, a stimulating environment…Who would not want a career?
