I seem to be a born list maker. I make lists and “Things to Do” bullets for everything I do (except groceries, it never works, I still forget everything I meant to buy).

Give me a few spare moments and a piece of paper and I will have lines of lists and comments filling the page (often how I write my blog)

I was planning to bake bread this weekend, only to realise that I have no bread pans. The ones I always used were my mother’s and did not come with me. I will have to hunt for some this weekend when I go yard-sale-ing.

I made easy chicken parm. today for lunch (and dinner for the rest of the week, made way too much). You take chicken breasts (boneless, skinless) and either pound flat or cut in half (butterfly). Dip the chicken breast in flour, then beaten egg, then breadcrumbs and parm. You then brown either side in a skillet and transfer to a baking pan and finish cooking in the oven for about 10 minutes.

You can top with spaghetti sauce and eat with noodles or have plain. Goes with just about everything.
