I managed to write an Excell program to keep track of my exercise schedule. It will track my progress in both losing weight, my repetitions and weights used on each machine. Hopefully it will force me to keep track and lose weight.

The strangest part of starting to exercise is how hungry it is making me. I am starving while I am at work. Way before my 8pm lunch break I am ready to chew my way into one of the vending machines.
