I had the best time today, out with a few friends from the Pharmacy. We were heading for Blue Sky Cafe, but some how it was closed for labor day. So instead we hit The Mellow Mushroom. It was absolutly wonderful! I am so glad everyone was able to come and enjoy a bit of down time with us. I love the pizzas they make completely with fresh ingredients. I also got to introduce everyone to hummus, which was hilarious.
