I made Tortilla Soup from the book Solo Suppers and I think I have died and gone to heaven. This stuff is amazing! Utterly evil. The recipe made about three bowls of soup, two of which are heading to work for lunch. This may convince me to not eat out for the rest of the week.

Cannot recommend it higher! By the way, highly recommend the book as well. Great for quick small quantity dinners that work for singles or couples who like to cook but are not willing to give up good food while cooking for just one or two.
