Speed vs. Education

Speed vs. Education

We all take between 6 months to a year to learn to drive a car.

To learn to fly a plane takes two years.

To learn to fly a jet takes an additional two years.

If you take someone who only knows how to drive a car and make them drive a jet you are going to have issues.

One the progress is going to be slow until they get used to the differences

Two if anything unexpected happens, that would not happen in a car, there is a high chance you will crash and burn.

Taking the time to educate and train your personnel will mean that they will have the expertise to pilot a project from start to finish at a faster pace than if they did not have the training, along with a higher success rate.
