Lasagna recap

I have gotten a lot of comments about the Potato Lasagna I attempted last week and thought I would try and clear up a few things.

My favorite comment so far was “Why the hell did you make Potato Lasagna?!?”. Well, I saw a post that used scalloped potatoes to cover a meatloaf and immediately started thinking of what ways you could use the cheesy potatoes  in other recipes. I have been seeing potato pizza and frittatas and decided that you could make scalloped potatoes with sausage or ground beef, creamy ricotta, and tomatoes.

Well, it did not turn out good at all but I am planning to keep trying. I think I need to find a good scalloped potato recipe to work off of.
