A year off.

I always have been drawn to the literature and movies where a person takes a year off, runs off to some crazy place to discover themselves.  I just never understood how they could do it. Miracle opportunities just don’t fall in your lap, you have to work for them, be willing to push at them to make them happen.

I keep waiting for my chance to have a trip like that. To have an amazing opportunity. But the fact is that you have to make your own opportunities at times.

I just have to decide when I am going to take that first step off the cliff.
