A few things about me…

I found this quiz on another site and thought it would be a good jumping off spot for a post about me. So here goes…

1. If you could have any superpower, what would you have?

I would have to say super healing and maybe shapeshifting.

2. Who is your style icon?

Hard question. Ask any one of my family and you would know that I do not have any style with clothes. I tend to choose favorite outfits over and over again and wear them till they fall apart, lol.

3. What is your favorite quote?

Listen. Do not have an opinion while you listen because frankly, your opinion doesn’t hold much water outside of Your Universe. Just listen. Listen until their brain has been twisted like a dripping towel and what they have to say is all over the floor. – Hugh Elliott

4. What is the best compliment you’ve ever received?

I am not sure about this one. The most recent was that I am a younger version of my BF Lisa, which was a nice complement since she is a fashionable assertive woman.

5. What playlist/cd is in your CD player/iPod right now?

6. Are you a night owl or a morning person?

I am definitely a night owl. I have the best times after midnight, lol.

7. Do you prefer dogs or cats?

Have to say dogs, but I loved my Siamese I had growing up just hated dealing with the cat litter.

8. What is the meaning behind your blog name?

My blog is called Three Off the Mark because it seemed for a while that I got third place in everything I did. I got a third in the science fair in high school, thirds at most of the horse shows I went to, third place in poetry contests. You name it I got third place. So I decided that I should embrace my “thirdness” and it became

because I did not want to be limited to a number scale. If I was more than a number then my blog would have to be too.
